Is it a good idea to get the Signature executive condominium? Will it make a good investment?

Consider that both Miltonia Residences & Skies Miltonia across the road sold out a year or two ago, at an average of around $1,0xx PSF. The Signature executive condo will be marketing at an average of around $750 PSF, so it should make sense to get a unit here, if you are among the privileged ones who qualify.

According to a Straits Times of 7 March 2015 article too, the price gap between resale ECs and private condos is closing. So it is possible that after the 5 years MOP (Minimum Occupation Period), the average price of a unit at Signature EC may come close to those at Skies Miltonia. And if you get a Signature executive condo unit with a lovely view, it could possibly surpass that!
